Last year, I was  in my school band at our local carnival. It was really great.

We were  the stars of the show !

We were  the first band in the parade and of course my parents were  really

happy to see me walk in front of all the colourful floats!

It wasn't sunny that day but there wasn't  any rain either !

( Il ne faisait pas beau ce jour-là mais il n'y avait pas non plus de pluie !

It was  fun to dress up in colourful costumes although we were tired

at the end of the day !

We were on the local radio but unfortunately we weren't  on television.
